We developed Phnom Penh’s new airport, Cambodia’s primary international gateway. Located in the south of Phnom Penh, Techo International Airport is a 4F-class airport and among the world’s largest by land area. This new airport will enhance Cambodia’s regional and international connectivity, positively impacting tourism, business activities, and logistics for years to come. Techo International Airport is a joint venture between the Royal Government of Cambodia and OCIC, with its design led by British firm Foster + Partners.
With the official inauguration of Techo International Aiport in October 2025, we are developing the surrounding area spanning 2,300 hectares south of Phnom Penh with early residential and commercial developments including Terra and Terra Styles already underway.
