Techo International Airport
We developed Phnom Penh’s new airport, Cambodia’s primary international gateway. Located in the south of Phnom Penh, Techo International Airport is a 4F-class airport and among the world’s largest by land area. This new airport will enhance Cambodia’s regional and international connectivity, positively impacting tourism, business activities, and logistics for years to come. Techo International Airport is a joint venture between the Royal Government of Cambodia and OCIC, with its design led by British firm Foster + Partners.
TIA City
With the official inauguration of Techo International Aiport in October 2025, we are developing the surrounding area spanning 2,300 hectares south of Phnom Penh with early residential and commercial developments including Terra and Terra Styles already underway.
TIA Special Economic Zone
Strategically positioned adjacent to Techo International Airport, the TIA Special Economic Zone offers world-class industrial, logistics, and manufacturing facilities designed to attract global investors. The SEZ leverages Cambodia's growing connectivity and competitive advantages to strengthen the Kingdom's economic corridors.

Koh Pich
Originally a swamp area, Koh Pich has transformed into a growing residential and business district in central Phnom Penh. It features dedicated zones for entertainment and culture, sustainable office spaces with urban green areas, and commercial facilities that serve the surrounding community.
Norea City
Launched in 2020, Norea City is a prime waterfront development, strategically positioned along the Mekong River in Phnom Penh. As a large-scale mixed-use district integrating residential, commercial, educational, and lifestyle components, it presents strong long-term investment potential within one of the capital’s most promising growth corridors.
Chroy Changvar Bay
Chroy Changvar Bay is a growing riverfront district, positioned as a key venue for major national and international events.
